Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment: 100% upfront via wise, paypal or ko-fi before work begins. All prices are in aud. (5% discount for using wise!!)

• Turnaround Time: Typically 7-14 days depending on track complexity. (Rush orders available upon request)

• Commercialisation: 100% fee increase on base price if used for monetization (YouTube revenue, Spotify streaming, merchandise, brand deals, etc.) 

• Revisions: Includes 2 free rounds of minor adjustments within 14 days of final file delivery. After 14 days, the commission is considered closed. Major re-recording or entirely new takes after completion will cost an additional fee.

• Deadlines & Ghosting: If vocal files are not sent within 30 days of payment, or if the client goes radio silent during revisions for over 30 days, the commission will be canceled without a refund.

• Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided once work has commenced. Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commission for personal reasons.

• Refusal of Service: I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, particularly if the content violates my personal boundaries or comfort level.

• Ownership: I retain the rights to the underlying project files and may use the work in my portfolio or Ko-fi shop (for guides). If you require your commission to remain private, a $20 fee applies to restrict public distribution.

• Crediting: You must credit me as Tuning/Timing/Harmony Guides/Mix: nauxxii and link my X/YouTube in the video description or credits.
